Jurnal Lintas Disiplin Bisnis, Manajemen, Hukum, dan Dinamika Sosial (JLDBMHDS) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Ahmaddien Institute. This journal is dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary research and scholarly dialogue that bridges the fields of business, management, law, and social dynamics. JLDBMHDS seeks to publish high-quality original articles and conceptual papers that explore theoretical and practical issues across these disciplines, encouraging innovative thinking and integrative approaches that contribute to both academic advancement and real-world application. JLDBMHDS is published three times a year, in January, April, and August.

The journal’s focus encompasses a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, business and entrepreneurship, strategic and human resource management, organizational innovation, corporate and commercial law, governance and public policy, as well as socio-legal studies and community development. Manuscripts that investigate the interrelationship between business, law, and societal change, especially in the context of digital transformation, are particularly welcomed.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, in which both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous to ensure objectivity, fairness, and academic integrity. Each submission is evaluated by at least two reviewers who are experts in the relevant field, under the supervision of the editorial board.
